Hello,

The Dextrin is a carbohydrate debranching enzyme and falls under the category C drug as per the US FDA guidelines.

Though large-scale human studies are lacking, it is absolutely contraindicated in the first trimester of the pregnancy, while can be consumed in the last trimester as the organogenesis has been completed by 9 months.

The tidilan is a vasodilator and the drug of choice to maintain the pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
