Are Duphaston And Loprin Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi, my wife is 4+4 weeks pregnant. Dr. said its conceive one week later thats why there is no heartbeat. Dr. Prescibed her (Dupaston 1-0-1, Myfol 1 daily and Loprin 1 daily) for 3 weeks. Are Dupaston and Specially Loprin are safe during this stage of pregnancy?

They are safe in pregnancy if they are being given for a particular reason like previous history of abortions or lupus or high BP .

Normal pregnant women dont require it but if you are being given for a specific reason continue them. THey are safe for baby and you
