Are ECG, EEG, And Blood Tests Necessary To Do Regularly For My Bipolar II And Medication Regimen?

I have bipolar II. I have been taking Effexor for two years. I occationally take Xanax for better sleep. Recently, my doctor asked me to take a couple of tests, including ECG, EEG, and blood tests. The blood tests roughly include complete blood count, basic metabolic panel, complete metabonic panel, lipoprotein (a), hypersensitive C-reactive protein, homocysteine, non-esterified fatty acid, concentration of venlafaxine, and concentration of alprazolam. I want to know whether it is necessary for me to do these tests regularly.
