Are Folic Acid Tablets Advisable For A Bipolar Disorder Person?
I have bipolar and am interested in taking folic acid to help with the condition. Do you think this is a good idea and how much should I take? I am not planning on having children and I dont have a folic acid deficiency. I know that my B12 levels are normal. YYYY@YYYY
hi folic acid for bipolar depression is skeptical decision. Lmethylfolate might still help. but in my clinical experience there is no point to start folic acid instead of mood stabilizers. bipolar ia an episodic condition requiring a close monitoring of mood. so better to go for mood stabilizer or CBT thank u
