Are MT Pill 200mg And Misoprost 200mcg Pills Safe For Termination Of Pregnancy?

hi madam , my name is hema, 26 years old . i got a pregnancy . i am 6 weeks pregnant now and i consult the Doctor , they suggest MT pill 200mg and they said that after 2 days of this pill you have to take four tablets of Misoprost 200 mcg. i took the tablets but pregnancy was not removed. again consult the Doctor and they suggest same tablets. may i know is this pills any problem to my health is any problem arise if it is taken more than one time in a week

thanks for writing to HCM.
MT kit is most common method used for MTP in first trimester but their success rate is not 100 percent and in many cases they result in incomplete abortion which leads to either retained product or uterine infection.
since u have already taken 1 kit i ll suggest you to go for D&C as its a safe procedure and its 100% successful ,.
an ultrasound will be helpful if u had incomplete abortion.
u can visit a gynecologist.
