Hello. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Neither Nervijen nor Zosert are used for the treatment of epilepsy. Nervijen is a dietary supplement containing calcium and several vitamines while Zosert is a type of antidepressant used in mainly for the treatment of anxiety or depressive disorders (has other less frequent uses, but not for epilepsy).
While they are not used for epilepsy the doctor might have considered them necessary due to his findings during the visit, so I suggest your friend goes back and discusses with his/her doctor the diagnosis and the purpose for which these medicines have been described.
Hope to have been of some help, feel free to ask further questions.
