Are Neurobion Forte And Renerve The Same Medication?

dear Doctor, Is neurobion forte and Renerve are same. For the last few months I am having internal shivering in my hands and leg ..Hand starting from the shoulders and legs from the thighs and feel a kind of stiffness post the shivering or before that. I did a master health check last week and all were normal including my sugar, Thyroid, cholesterol,Vit D3 , electrolyte etc. My Vit B12 was 1300. So doctor asked me to stop Renerve Plus which i was taking earlier . Now she recommended only Shelcal XT and Becousule Women. This is literally irritating me..Pls advice mam why is this shivering internally. I am 40yrs i am getting my periods regularly ,.She gave me Evion LC..but last one week i had viral fever and stomach got irritated and not able to swallow. even in the post nasal side as well. should i take nurobion forte injection
