My ecg results say st junctional depression non specific changes borderline ecg . I have no chest pain or any symptom the dr sent me for a stress test which was negative. Am I ok? Or should I worry and continue testing... Vent rate 90 PR 140 QRS 90ms QT 366ms QTc 418ms QT 68ms P-R-T axis 76-78-36
Hi welcome to HCM. Junctional depression can be non specific change on EKG.Absence of symptoms along with a negative stress test virtually rules out the possibility of an underlying heart disease. The remaining parameters of the EKG are within the normal limits. So you be reassured on current test results.Have a similar round of tests semiannually.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
