Are Relent + And Ascoril Syrups Proper Medicament For A 6 Month Old ?

Hello doc ! My 6 month old baby is having dry cough and also cold , medium thick mucus since two days ! My doc has prescribed Relent + and Ascoril syrups for him ! Are these the right medicines for a 6 month old baby ? Or are they for older children ? If they aren't the right medicnes , could u please prescribe medicine for cough and cold for a 6 month old ?? Thank you !!

you may use only Alex drops and saline nasal drops
continue breast feeding as well
