Are Seroflo 50 And Romilast Recommended For Children?

my son is 4yr old.he has the cold & cough problem once in a month.doctor has suggested to give him seroflo50 & romilast 4mg as he has the problem of dust allergy.kindly advice me that is it be ok to give him these medication as i came to know that these medicine are for asthmetic patients
