Are Unienzyme And Beano The Same Medication?

Hello. Is the UNienzyme tab the same as the tablet brand Beano that is used in the states? I am currently in HYDE and I am having severe issues w bloating and gas. I do not have a colon, as it was removed four years ago due aspastic colon. I also have RA and Fibromyalgia. The bloat and gas appears instantly and you can see a huge physical difference. Both are enzyme preparations Beano is a food supplement ,you can take AntAcids
The problem would be the side effect of the medicines used for R A & Fibralgia.
So discuss with your Doctor, he may prescribe you Pantaprazole ,
