Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, if it is only asthma, then you have to take both Respules budate and Ventolin drugs. Another thing, if you are a smoker, then maybe you have Asthma, COPD overlap, so you have to change your medication.

It is not good for daily use, for daily take MDI (metered-dose inhaler) as advised by your pulmonologist, cough and sputum occurs after the infection. Take antibiotics (Amox-CV) and oral bronchodilator (Acebrophyllin) for 5 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Chandra Shekhar
