Are A Heart Valve Issue And Atrial Fibrillation Causes For Exhaustion?

For the past several months whenever I am exhaustedly tired I lose my voice. It gets so weak and I don’t hardly have the energy to struggle to get my words out. No pain, however? I do have a heart valve issue and AFib. Could this be related? Thank you.

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that Afib can cause stroke or ischemia in the body wherever the clot will stuck if you are not taking and blood thinners. After going through your medical query I would like to tell you that Afib can make a clot in heart which can treval in body and can cause ischemia , and to avoid that you should consult a physician personally for proper physical and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.
