Is there any co-relation between the Cholesterol levels and Liver functional tests and abdominal pain.. Kindly suggest appropriate diet and any important suggestions.
Altered LFT can cause abdominal pain. Increased SGPT and GGT indicated liver injury. It may be due to altered lipid profile. Report suggests LDL,cholesterol, triglyceride level are mildly raised .
You need further investigations like RBS,ultrasound of abdomen.
In such conditions,I suggest diet and life style changes. If condition persists then combination tablet of atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg at night after dinner can be prescribed.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products. It is good that you don't take alcohol. You should do exercise and go for walking. Take lot of fibres in diet.
Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
