I would recommend you the only way to healthy
weight loss is diet and exercise unless you have any medical problem.Any other commercial products for weight loss may have unwanted effects hence should not be used.So far the parameter of height is concerned.it cannot be changed after 16-18 years of age.Height depends on genetics and physical condition during growth period.
I recommend following measures for weight loss,
-Regular exercise of moderate intensity like cycling,jogging,dancing for 30-45 minutes 4 days in a week.Engage yourself outdoor sports,yoga and
meditation.
-Have small frequent meals in a day.Take balanced diet containing cereals,pulses,vegetables,fruits.Avoid
binge eating ,junk,processed,saturated fats containing food.
-If you get problems with menses or the body weight goes on increasing despite these measure,certain blood investigations like
thyroid test,blood
glucose and lipids,endocrinological tests may be necessary .
