Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Use a good herbal hair oil and shampoo for routine use.
2. Don't use hairbless without consulting a doctor.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral finasteride, topical minoxidil given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
