Are Anti-chlamydia Antibody Igm, TPAB, Hepatitis C, HIV - I & II, Hepatitis B And Herpes SV Test Results At 77 Days Post Exposure Conclusive? TPH

Hi, I had an unprotected anal sex with a girt on 31st July. STD results after 77 days of exposure: Anti chlamydia antibody Igg - 1.03 (equivocal) Below test results are negative: Anti chlamydia antibody Igm TPAB HEPATITIS C HIV - I & II HEPATITIS B Herpes SV TPH My questions: 1. Can I consider the results conclusive after 77 days 2. Equivocal value of anti chlamydia antibody Igg?? Should I get this retested? 3. Gonorrhea isn’t included in any STD panel. Should I get that tested separately? Thanks!!

Hi,

Screening for chlamydia, hepatitis, herpes at 77 days post exposure although late if negative means negative no need to repeat. You will need to retest HIV at 90 days and 180 days post exposure. Equivocal values are reference range which are different for different labs depending on methods and test kits, please refer to the printed values on your lab test result. Gonorrhea is necessary get it done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
