Are Back Pain And Breast Pain Signs Of Pregnancy?
i believe im pregant but im not sure, my back hurts all over and has for the past 3 weeks, my period is 2 days late but today i started to spot but it looked kind of flakey and different. my breast have been in pain too and my nipples are super sensitive. i have not been queesy except for today when i was eating breakfast.

I understand your concern.
Back pain does not suggest pregnancy, though breast symptom is one of the signs of pregnancy.
But these signs do not confirm pregnancy.They can occure due to hormonal imbalance too.
You have started spotting after 2 days delay in period.
In such condition, Blood HCG testing will conform/exclude early pregnancy.& in case it's +ve, rush to your gynecologist for hormonal support.
