Are Back Pain, Constipation And Frequent Urination Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi i am 18 years old and a college student. I was wondering if i may be pregnant? I have been very tired latley, i have back pain which is rare for me, I am bloated, crampy, constipated, and been urinating more than usuall latly my breasts dont feel different though just a little bit heavier than normal. I am not due to recieve my period for like a week and A half.

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.

2 . As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of cycle.
If you happen to have unprotected sex act in the fertile period of cycle, then you stand chance to get pregnant.

3. Yet, as you have mentioned that you are expecting almost ten days for your periods, it is too early to expect the pregnancy symptoms.

4. The most important and very first sign of the pregnancy is a missing period.

I will suggest you to wait for your expected date of the cycle . If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

5. At this point, I will suggest you to get proper sex counselling done. Use of suitable contraceptive method like condom will be helpful to prevent the unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

6, Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.
