Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be vague symptoms like seen in malobsorption syndromes or chronic urinary infection or auto immune disease or retroviral diseases or electrolyte imbalance or chronic fatigue syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done urine examination, stool culture, microscopy, blood investigation for blood picture, viral markers etc. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet Ofloxacine Ornidazole twice a day for five days. please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
