Please write your question herei. I am giving dilzem 30 ,to my son 17 ,year old Dr suggest since last 6 ,month his face is becoming black and he is suffering from pimples on chest is this is a side effect of dilzem. my son have high beat rate problem of heart

Cannot say in his particular case BUT increased pigmentation is not associated with Diltiazem. It can be associated with a variety of medical disorders. Also, high adrenal activity often causes both hypertension and increased pigmentation.
