Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain in case if you have fever blisters that are caused by
herpes simplex virus 1 it can be treated with oral and topical anti-viral medications like
Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc..
Small bumps around the throat can be due to viral infection while can also be due to
throat infection caused by bacteria or virus..
Confirmation of the cause can be done by an Oral physician or Otolaryngologist and swab culture of the ulcers and throat can be diagnostic and treatment can be planned accordingly..
A persistent bump over the inner side of lip that is similar to the colour of the mucosa can be due to ruptured duct of the minor
salivary gland leading to spillage of mucous into the soft tissues causing formation of a bump known as a
MUCOCELE..
In case if it not resolving since an year it can be removed surgically..
As of now do concentrated salt water rinses as it helps in shrinkage of the mucocele..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
