Are Blood In Stool And Lower Backache Symptoms Of Endometriosis?

2 days last we I had blood in my stool and enough that toliet water was bloody and now I have lower back pain a dull nagging pain and it radiates to my front lower abdomen and slightly crampy I am 53 and I know it's not my period ... I just had a Pap smear and it came back normal. I once was told I had developed endometriosis could that be it should I call my OB
