Are Blue Veins On The Chest A Symptom Of Poor Blood Circulation?
My 18 month old son was hospitalized from June 20 - 23 due to a mass that rapidly developed on his neck. CT scan showed it was a very large amount of swollen lymph nodes that had clumped together. Today, I noticed that blue veins have become visible on my son s chest just below the base of the neck. Could this be a sign that he is having trouble with oxygen flow or blood flow due to the lymph nodes blocking something? The mass is certainly not getting any smaller yet, and is actually redder. =(
