Are Both Premarin Cream 0.625mg And Prometrium Tab 200mg Required For Atrophic Vaginitis?

okay. I have no uterus, but do have atrophic vaginitis since undergoing tahbso a few yrs ago. My doctor has prescribed Premarin Cream 0.625mg and Prometrium tab 200mg 1 at h.s. Do I require both? I have no hx of breast ca and am reasonably healthy and excercise regularly at at 67 yrs old.

Hello.The prescription is right.You can try only with the application of the cream for a month.If after a month you do not feel improvement it would be advisable to take the pills.I wish you good health.
