sonographic finding: the uterus is anteverted,average sized,with homogenous echopattern and regular contour. no myometrial mass seen. the endometrium is dilated containing hyperechoic fluid. both ovaries contain multiple,small, subcapsularly located follciles with dense stroma. the right ovary likewise has a 1.8 * 1.5 cm follicle.no adnexal mass. no free fluid in the cul de sac i just need more clearer explanation doc thank you so much
