Are Bouts Of Dizziness And Throat Infection Related?

Hi, over the last few days I have been getting bouts of dizziness even when I m lying down. Its not blood sugar level, I know what that feels like and I m not stressed as I exercise regularly. I have now got a throat infection on top of the dizziness - would these two be related?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello,
Yes both of them could be related . There could be throat and nose infection which could have spread to the ears and then causing the dizziness. this occurs because of the same mucosa ie the skin inside is the same.
you need to get ent consultation done.
There could be need of antibiotics , decongestants to decrease the infection and inflammation and this will give relief in the dizziness also.
in doubt do reply.
