Are Breathing Difficulty And Chest Pain Symptoms Of COPD Or A Heart Disease?

Hi I just recently went to Methadone to quit lorcet and gabapentin. I was hospitalized for a week because my oxygen dropped low. I was treated as I had Pneumonia. I decided to come down off the methadone slowly and I m down to 35mg. After being released I ve been diagnosed for having anxiety attacks. Everytime I go to the dr. I m told my oxygen is good. I ve came to notice the past few days however if I go a while without smoking I feel better. If I just take a couple draws off my cigarette then I feel like somethings in my throat making it difficult to breathe. I also been having chest pain. Could it be COPD or heart problems? What do you suggest

It's difficult to decide whether it's a cardiac problem or respiratory problems based on this history

Smoking lead cardiac failure as well as copd.

COPD seems most likely here for that spirometry and x ray chest done

For rule out cardiac problem EKG should be done

Avoid anxiety by yoga, meditation etc as anxiety can lead dyspnea by panic attack
