Hello I m 21 and I think I have a UTI ..always have this burning/itching sensation that comes and goes sometimes it comes once a week and I have this frequent urge to pee sometimes I go to the toilet and pee and few minutes time I feel the urge to pee again no burning sensation when peeing but after peeing. Like 2months ago I started having a lower back pain. I also noticed I have a yellow sperm on a white surface but on inside water it is white And more recently my sperm is watery though I masturbate often.
