Are Chances Of Contracting HIV From An HIV Positive Person Absolute After Having Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex with a female friend of mine post consuming alcohol at her place on a get together party. Unfortunatley she had relationship with other guys also which i was not aware . The last time we have uprotected sex was in Jan-feb and she has now conveyed me that on 31st May 2010 her blood reports show that she is HIV II Positive. And earlier to that also in November month she was tested positive which she has not conveyed to me, since her sister had hidden the report from her & conveyed she is normal.
What are the chances of me being HIV Positive.

Your chances of contracting HIV is ,may be less than 0.3 percent . Since she was newly infected and during initial phase the HIV RNA will be very high , which may increase the chances of contracting HIV .

Yes you have some chance (< 0.3 %) of getting HIV .Pl get your blood checked for HIV and other STDs too as she had multiple partners.
