Are Chills And Fever A Matter Of Concern?

hello i need a couple of answers. I m a nursing student and on thursday, the 19th of this month, during my clinical s one of my patient s blood squirted on my face. i rinsed the blood off. Now here s the problem. im also in the process of moving. on saturday, the 21st, i been moving furniture and other things up a flight of stairs. Since then i been feeling sick, having symptoms such as chills with no fever, fatigue, myalgia, a terrible cough. I ve been getting rest and i feel much better now. Do i attribute my symptoms to me moving or should i be worried?

Hi,

You should not get worried regarding your complaint. You were having influenza like viral infection.
It can get improved on taking rest. It can get resolved automatically by our immune system. If you still have symptoms then decongestant can be prescribed and complete blood count investigation done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
