Are Cold Symptoms And Vomiting Related?
I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old who have both had cold symptoms for about a week but have also each had one day of vomiting. the last time the 4 year old vomited was Monday night and now he just did again. Do you think this is a coincidence or do you think the cold symptoms and vomiting are related?

Cold give rise to loss of appetite and avoids eating.
If we force feed the child some times he vomits.
