Are Complex Breast Cyst, Egg Sized Lump In Arm Pit Related?

I have a complex breast cyst (left side) that has been monitored for the past 3 years, now there is an egg sized lump around the arm pit area (left side) (its grown a little over the past 6 months), could the two be related? Could this be a sign of breast cancer?

You need to undergo mammogram to rule this out.
If it suspicious.. consider FNAC or core biopsy.
