Are Constipation And Loose Motion Normal During Pregnancy?
i am 11 week pregnant. from last week i am suffering constipation and loose motion problem . If one day i have constipation and next day i have to suffer with loose motion . Is it normal . Actually i do not have severe loose motion problem. i have to go bathroom 3 or 4 times in the morning .

hi,from your history it shows that you do not have loose motions but just that your bowels are not getting cleared properly.yes constipation is very common in pregnancy because of the hormone progesterone.you should drink min 10 to 12 glasses of water per day,eat lot of green leafy veg,and you can startsyrup creamffin 2 tsf at bedtime.this will take care of both your problems of constipation and incomplete clearing of bowels.take care and all the best.
