hi i m 4 days post embryo transfer . i took pregnyl jab yesterday and on crinone gel (insert) every morning..My question are, why am i having tummy cramp , backache, tummy tightness and sore breast now? is implantatation taking place? btw the doc transfer my egg on day 4 of fertilisation..
