Are Cramping Pain Below My Breastbone, Dizziness, And Constipation Normal After Quitting Smoking?

Hi I stopped smoking 2 months ago, I’ve been off the patch for 3 weeks now. I’ve been having cramping achy like pain right below my breast bone in the middle of my rib cage. I’m 32 and have smoked since I was 17. I quit because I was up to almost two packs a day. I’ve also been having bouts of dizziness and I’m extremely constipated. Is this normal?
