Are Delay In Periods, Breast Pain, Hungriness,light Headed And Dizziness Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I havent had my period for 3 weeks and 2 days... I have cramps in my stomach like the period cramps I get when I am on my period... I have swollen nipples that are a purpley colour that are always hard... It hurts my boobs when pretty much anything touches them or even if I hold them it hurts my nipples. I am always hungry! and can t stop thinking about chicken when I am... I keep feeling light headed or dizzy occasionally and I am almost always tired... Some things when I cook them smell really bad too Is their a chance I could be pregnant?

If you have always been regular with your cycles, please exclude/confirm pregnancy through a home pregnancy test done with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you wish for a better clarification, you can also go for the blood test. A trans-vaginal sonogram will help to know the status of the pelvic organs. If pregnant, you should be able to see a gestation sac, fetal pole and fetal cardiac activity by now. Hope this helps.

Possibility of pregnancy if you had unprotected sexual intercourse in the fertile period of your menstruation cycle/around ovulation.
I advice you to wait for period to come. If period will delay by 8-10 days from your normal period date then go for home pregnancy kit in the morning with fresh urine sample to diagnose pregnancy.
Most confirmation symptoms of pregnancy is missed period and all other symptoms are variable.
Breast pain, hungriness,light headed and dizziness ALL ARE SYmptoms associated with pregnancy. It is due to increased progesterone level in early pregnancy.
In absence of pregnancy, also rule out the hyperthyroidism by doing Thyroid hormone profile and hormonal imbalance. In hyperthyroidism also delayed period and increase appetite will occur.
