Are Diarrhea With Achy Joints And Cold Due To Stomach/bowel Cancer?

I have been passing yellow water/diahhorea from my back passage wit no control. It started on Tuesday with achy joints and feeling very cold.I feel sick but haven t actually been sick. I don t feel achy now and now have control of my bowel although I still don t feel 100%. Are these symptoms of bowel or stomach cancer? I m not a paranoid person.

Hello thabks for putting your querybin hcm. It appears that you have developed gastrointrstinal infection rather than a cancer. Cancer can cause loos stool but along with other symptoms like weight loss abdominal pain and decrease apetite and may be blood in stool. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you.
