Are Dizziness And Nausea After Being Hit On The Nose Symptoms Of A Concussion?
I got hit in the face with the hatch door of my van. Across the bridge of my nose-right above it. Now I m dizzy, nauseous. Could this be a concussion and/or should I to to the ER or just go to bed. I m really tired and have been trying to not go to sleep.

You can go for a CT scan to look for any head injury like a concussion. As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
