Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
Dizziness and sweating are possible side effects of steroid treatment during initial some doses but they are quite possible due to the disease temporal arteritis by itself. It is highly advisable to get her evaluated for severity of the disease and reduce the dose of steroid for some days to come because elderly people sometimes behave abnormally with steroids.
I hope that the advice will be helpful for you.
