Are Dizziness, Cough, Shoulder Pain And Neck Pain Symptoms Of Bronchitis Or Something Else?
I have been diagnosed with Bronchitis...i have taken zithromax and a cough medicine with codeine to help me sleep. this is my fourth week and i am still coughing up mucus, feeling dizzy and have aches and pains around my shoulders and neck. could i have something else?
* As per my clinical experience, the cough with persistent symptoms may indicate underlying structural changes via an inflammatory process for persistent annoying symptoms.
* If the x-ray chest is not consistent with the symptoms, a diagnostic bronchoscopy with alveolar fluid lavage examination for the cytology with or without CT thorax would be best for revealing the underlying cause and to figure out the definite management plans.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
