Are Double Thickness Hyperechoic Endometrial Stripe Small Benign Anechoic Cervical Nabothian Cysts A Serious Concern?
I had a transvaginal US done d/t not having a period since jan30. Have a follow up with my obgyn but want to have somewhat of an understanding of what is going on. Here are my results : Anteflexed uterus is 6.2 cm in length with a 0.6 cm double thickness hyperechoic endometrial stripe small benign anechoic cervical nabothian cysts. Right ovary is 1.5 x 1.4 x 2 cm. Left ovary is 3.2 x 1.7 x 1.6 cm. Within each ovary, there are a few small benign anechoic physiologic follicles. No solid adnexal mass or free fluid. Thank you!
it depicts the position of uterus itis anteriorly placed it does not have to do anything with amenohrea for two months. rest of paraphernalia is normal you are anxious regarding period. you can gofor pregnancy test or iron deficiancy anemia.every thing is normal.
