Are Dry Vagina And Lifeless Feeling In Labia Normal?

Dear Mia,

Thanks for your help. I have a problem which Iam very shy to discuss about. My vagina is usually dry and the labia seems very lifeless ie., I dont feel any physical sensations to touch, heat, cold or anything. Can you help me to know if this is normal?

thank you.

Hi,

It is not normal loss of sensation might be because of deficiency of certain vitamins of B complex group, you need to take them. For dry vagina you can use lubricants like KY jelly. It is basically because of less estrogen produced. Eat more dairy products, exercise, drink lots of water, and most importantly don't wear very tight undergarments and jeans.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
