Are Excessive Sweating, Diarrhea And Shakiness A Side Effect Of Citalopram Hydro Bromide?
Have been on citalopram hydro bromide 10 mg for two weeks, had such a bad reaction my husband called 911 as he thought I was having a heart attack, was sweating had a bad burning sensation in my stomach and chest down my arms. And had loss of vision diarrhea and shaking hands. So have stopped taking for two days.

Citalopram is mainly used as an antidepressant and also uses in panic disorder .
The main side effects are increased sweating , headache , tremors , dizziness abnormal accommodation, insomnia , agitation , dry mouth diarrhea and so many others.
In my opinion you should decrease the doses and once they will be adjusted in body , you can take for your indication .
Still you feel problems with reduces doses then consult your treating physician and get his opinion.
