Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for using HCM!
I find your concern very clear and i will try to give you my opinion as endocrinologist.
You mentioned that you do have symptoms that suggest a low thyroid function but this is not confirmed by analysis (TSH is within the normal ranges). Except TSH i would recommend you to do also FT4 and FT3 ( the hormones produced directly by the thyroid gland) and if they are also within the normal ranges i don't see any reason why to start the treatment for hypothyroidism.
There may be also other causes responsible for your symptoms; Vit D defficency, anemia ect.,
You may discuss with your doctor to try to find out a cause for your symptoms.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
