Are Fatigue, Panic Attacks, Weakness And Pain All Over Body Normal After Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy (total) 5 years ago for uterine cancer stage 1. I am not able to take hormones due to risk of cancer recurring. I m recently now having extreme fatigue, panic attacks, weakness all over and aches and pains everywhere. Also have increased hair growth on my chin!!! Is this normal for after hysterectomy with no hormone replacement?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Your symptoms show that you have entered the perimenopause/menopause. You should take vitamin and mineral supplements, get regular exercise including breathing exercises and meditation. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Please continue your regular health checkups. Soya products help to overcome the hot flushes. You may need anxiolytics to overcome the panic attacks. The increased hair growth is due to the increased testosterone effect as the female hormones fall. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
