Are Fatigue, Severe Gastrointestinal Pain And Spasms, Pain In The Foot, Shoulder And Neck, Insomnia, Bloating And Weight Gain In 39-year-old Athlete Due To Any Serious Medical Issue?

We are not sure where to turn.Our 39 yr old daughter is experiencing extreme fatigue,severe gastrointestinal pain & spasms,pain in her foot,shoulder,& neck,insomnia which is not typical for her,extreme bloating,weight gain,& more.She is a marathon runner,avid skier,& eats VERY healthy.She has been diagnosed with Endometriosis,PCOS,IBS,Fibromylagia,& yet no dr knows what is really going on & says they are afraid she will be misdiagnosed & not treated accurately.We do not know where to turn.Tahnk you for any suggestions you may have!

Hi,

I think this symptoms are due to IBS and fibromyalgia.
I suggest you to check even thyroid hormone levels. Hypothyroidism is suspected and maybe an autoimmune disease due to predisposition.
