Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking on HCM!

When you are in hormonal substituting therapy the TSH level should be checked every 6 months -1 year to prevent an over dosage or under dosage of the hormone.

The blood pressure and sugar level are not related to the levothyroxine treatment.

You should talk to your treating physician and start treatment for them.

Wish you all the best,
Dr.Mirjeta
