Is my girlfriend pregnant, she goes to the toilet alot more often than normal has complained of little cramps in her lower back. Has been a bit nauseous lately and she has been getting headaches. She had a period the weeks ago but last week she had clots when she passed urine

If she had periods one week back, then the pregnancy is unlikely.
However, she should do a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
If negative, then she should get her urine examination done to confirm infection and take appropriate antibiotics timely.
