Are Hard Stools, Green Stool Color, And Milk Coming Out Of Her Mouth In A Newborn A Concern, Especially After Starting Zincovit And Lactogen?

Dr my 13 days baby s stomatch is hard, and stools also is sometimes hard, we are giving her lactogen, her stool colour is green, sometimes the lactogen milk comes out of the mouth. in the morning i can see curd like white dischagre from the mouth, is she having constipation, there is no redness in the anus area nor any fissures. what to do is it lactogen intolerance. can i give her water also , after i started giving zincovit, her stomatch is somewhat hard, we are giving 1ml vitamin D, 0.5ml zincovit as per rainbow hospital Dr s advise
